Stan Waterhouse serves as a special advisor to Serra, bringing over 30 years of executive leadership and strategic expertise across hospitality, senior living, affordable housing and real estate sectors. 

As managing director of CSW Advisory, LLC, he provides strategic guidance to senior living and affordable housing providers, leading over $600 million in public-private partnerships for affordable housing across Texas and the Sunbelt.

Previously, Stan served as president, CEO and vice chairman of Senior Quality Lifestyles Corporation, a $1 billion senior living organization, where he led significant operational improvements to increase revenue and customer satisfaction. His career also includes key leadership roles at ClubCorp, Ginn Resorts and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where he played a pivotal role in revenue growth and operational excellence.

Stan holds an MBA from Wake Forest University.
