Herman Hill is a special advisor to Serra Real Estate Capital, leveraging more than 25 years of expertise in executive leadership, capital sourcing and real estate development. He has a proven record of success in public-private partnerships, serving as chairman of the Frisco Texas International Relations Counsel and as a consultant to the “$5 Billion Mile Development,” a large-scale development project in Frisco, Texas, including the Dallas Cowboys Headquarters, the National Soccer Hall of Fame, millions of square feet of high-end office and retail, housing and medical facilities.

Herman has held key leadership roles in Fortune 500 and midmarket companies, including Chief Operating Officer at Cloud9b2b, vice president of business development and strategic planning at HCI Inc., finance manager at PepsiCo, and head of the Vertex Business Solutions executive steering committee.

Herman is a former chairman and current board member of the Austin Boys & Girls Club Foundation and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA in Global Management.
