Martha Gurule is the Controller and Portfolio Manager at Serra Real Estate Capital. She has decades of experience in financial management across multiple real estate asset classes and a long track record of success managing residential, hotel and commercial portfolios for Croesus (2014-2022), Bruder Companies (1995-2020) and Bradford Hotels (1995-2005).

Since joining Serra in 2020, Martha has led the financial operations for the firm’s Development, Industrial and Investment divisions.
